Dear Nearly Nakeds,

What glorious weather we are having at the moment! It definitely makes working outside worth our while, and makes keeping Cooper clean just a little bit more likely!

We have made an interesting change to our boxes this week as a one-off which we wanted to let you know about. The English asparagus has become too expensive to be feasible in the boxes but your feedback to us tells us that you have enjoyed having it there.

We have been offered some Spanish asparagus from a local supplier which we have decided to include in the boxes this week instead, as a one-off, before removing it completely from next week. Nearly Naked Veg is all about local produce, but we didn’t want you to miss out when we had promised it would be in the boxes this week - we know it is disappointing when you don’t have the contents which you expect.

We also thought it would be interesting for you to see the difference between this Spanish asparagus and the English varieties which you have been enjoying from us. As we said, it is a one-off and will not be in subsequent boxes.

So, all things going to plan, the contents for this week will be:

• Asparagus
• Cornish button mushrooms
• Lollo rosso
• Spring onions
• Spring cabbage
• Carrots
• Potatoes (marfona)
• Fresh wet garlic
• Cucumber
