What glorious weather we are having at the moment! It definitely makes working outside worth our while, and makes keeping Cooper clean just a little bit more likely!

We have made an interesting change to our boxes this week as a one-off which we wanted to let you know about. The English asparagus has become too expensive to be feasible in the boxes but your feedback to us tells us that you have enjoyed having it there.

We have been offered some Spanish asparagus from a local supplier which we have decided to include...

With the up and coming weather front due to be with us over the weekend and well into next week i have put a box together which compliments salads, roasts and soups all in one! We have been lucky in many of our co-op farmers having enough early crops, such as the peppers, to make the variety in the boxes perfect for this Spring sun! You will also see that there are leeks as an extra in the boxes. As i say in the newsletter they have now bolted which you will see is the large solid heart in the leek. This means they are no longer fragile...
