Well, we have been, and still are, very busy planting the new crops into the ground - the weather has been great so we are making the most of it!

I will leave Ben to give you a full update in his newsletter this week but in the meantime, I thought you would like to see this photo of Cooper waiting for the guys to get onto the tractor and start planting the brussel sprouts!

Well the weather really does not know what to do at the moment- We have over 100,000 plants waiting to go in the ground with a similar amount due on Monday but seeing a weather window as to when we can get them in is not very clear! Anyway because of the weather i have changed the theme of the box a little just incase we need a nice warm meal over the weekend to take us away from the depression of the weather although i have added an Iceburg Lettuce for an emergency incase the sun does decide to appear and a basic salad is necessary!
